Cheese

Melted cheese inside — gooey, slightly Western, surprisingly good.

Onion

Diced onion folded in — adds sweetness and a slight crunch.

Mushroom

Sliced mushrooms inside — earthy and soft.

Banana

Sliced banana inside — sweet, soft, and eaten with sugar or condensed milk. A dessert prata.

Tissue

Stretched paper-thin, folded into a tall cone. Ordered for the drama as much as the taste.

Egg + Cheese

The crowd favourite combination — rich, gooey, satisfying.

Egg + Onion

Classic combination — the onion sweetness cuts through the egg richness.

Richer, darker, more intense. For the initiated. Pairs better with thicker pratas.

Lentil curry — mild, earthy, and comforting. Good for first-timers who want something gentler.

Just white sugar sprinkled on top. Sounds wrong. Tastes right. Very old school.

Drizzled over the prata. Sweet, rich, and pairs especially well with banana prata.

Eating it plain. Rare but valid if the prata is exceptional.
